Shipping Within Australia

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 Business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping prices are a flat rate of $12.95 this does not include bulky items. 

Express shipping is calculated at check out for orders up to 10kg. We cannot guarantee express shipping of items sent directly from our distributors. We will contact you if express shipping is unavailable on your order.

Purchases over $250 (after codes and reward vouchers used) will receive free standard postage within Australia, this does not include bulky items. 

If we anticipate any delays with your order, Melly and Me will contact you immediately and likewise, if your order is urgent please let us know.

Local Pick-Up Orders

LOCAL PICK UP should only be chosen by local customers to the Coffs Harbour region who will be picking up their orders from our warehouse.

Local Delivery

If you live in the Coffs Harbour NSW local area we offer a $5 FLAT RATE delivery fee and of course our free delivery for orders over $250. Please note the $5 delivery is only for orders that fall within the post codes of our local Aramex Courier network. Postcodes Include: 2450, 2456, 2452 & 2448. You will need to click on Local Delivery at checkout to get this special rate

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping!

We cannot ship Dropship or bulky items, we also can't ship any beauty/haircare products and some fidget/sensory items also Internationally. We will contact you if your order contains these items.

Shipping rates are calculated during check out, destination duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. If these are not paid by the customer, your order will not be delivered by the shipping company. 

Please note: We are based in regional NSW which means the estimated shipping times are not accurate from what you see at checkout. 

When an international order is returned to the sender, it can take up to 3 months for the order to arrive back to us. We will issue the refund or credit note on the product only once the order arrives back to our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: Important information regarding US ORDERS:
As of September 2025: 

Unfortunately, with the tariffs that the US government has imposed on Australia this year and the suspension of the de minimis USD$800 threshold exemption $800, no stores in Australia can currently send orders to the US at the moment. 

This may change in the future as Australia Post implements a system that will charge the US customer the customs duties on the order but at the moment we cannot ship to the USA.

All orders placed by US customers, will be cancelled and refunded.
