Shipping Within Australia

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note: Australian Public Holidays will affect dispatch timeframe

Shipping prices are a flat rate of $12.95 this does not include bulky items. 

Express shipping is calculated at check out for orders up to 10kg. We cannot guarantee express shipping of items sent directly from our distributors. We will contact you if express shipping is unavailable on your order.

Purchases over $250 (after codes and reward vouchers used) will receive free standard postage within Australia, this does not include bulky items. 

If we anticipate any delays with your order, Melly and Me will contact you immediately and likewise, if your order is urgent please let us know.

Tuff Tray Bulky Delivery

Tuff Tray's are a bulky item and don't qualify for free shipping. Even if you reach our total order spend of $250 & qualify for free shipping it doesn't apply to Tuff Tray's or any bulky item on our website.

Our Tuff trays can only be shipped within Australia at this stage due to their large size.

Local Delivery

If you live in the Coffs Harbour NSW local area we offer a $5 FLAT RATE delivery fee and of course our free delivery for orders over $250. Please note the $5 delivery is only for orders that fall within the post codes of our local Aramex Courier network. Postcodes Include: 2450, 2456, 2452 & 2448. You will need to click on Local Delivery at checkout to get this special rate

Dropship Orders

Some of our products from Q Toys, Tender Leaf, Trybikes etc are shipped directly from our suppliers to your house. There may be a bulky shipping charge due to the size and weight of the item.

Dropship items are not eligible for express shipping but sent with full tracking as all regular orders.

Gift Wrapping not available - Sorry but we can not gift wrap or add gift notes to any of our dropship items, as they are being sent direct from our supplier and not from our own warehouse. We will automatically refund any gift wrapping purchased with orders.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping!

We cannot ship Dropship or bulky items, we also can't ship any beauty/haircare products and some fidget/sensory items also Internationally. We will contact you if your order contains these items.

Shipping rates are calculated during check out, destination duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. If these are not paid by the customer, your order will not be delivered by the shipping company. 

Please note: We are based in regional NSW which means the estimated shipping times are not accurate from what you see at checkout. 

When an international order is returned to the sender, it can take up to 3 months for the order to arrive back to us. We will issue the refund or credit note on the product only once the order arrives back to our warehouse.
EU Customers: Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in your order total. Estimated delivery to EU countries is 10–21 business days from dispatch. If an order is returned to us undelivered, EU customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method (excluding shipping costs on original order) once the parcel is received back at our warehouse.

US Customers: As of Septemeber 2025 - Unfortunately, with the tariffs that the US government has imposed on Australia last year and the suspension of the de minimis USD$800 threshold exemption $800, we are unable to send orders to the US at the moment. This may change in the future as Australia Post implements a system that will charge the US customer the customs duties on the order but at the moment we cannot ship to the USA.

All orders placed by US customers, will be cancelled and refunded.
