Though the colour is fictional, the form is scientifically accurate, making this toy a fun twist on a fan-favourite amphibian. This Axolotl toy figurine includes accurate sculptural details, with a surreal paint design featuring a rainbow coloration. With its feathery gills, ridged skin and translucent tail fins, it could be mistaken for the real thing - if not for its fantastical colors. In the wild, Axolotls are a greenish brown color, but in captivity they can be selectively bred for various different desired colorations, though the rainbow color of this figure is not one of them
