Ark - Magic Wand Chewy (Individual)

ARK's Magic Wand is an enchanting chewy for anyone who needs to chew.  Long and slender enough to reach the back molars, this wand will put you under a spell of sensory satisfaction!

Made in the USA, it's a safe outlet for anyone who needs to chew, and an effective way to help calm, self-regulate, and focus. Like all other ARK chews, it comes in 3 color-coded toughness levels.

This wand is a handheld chew (6.25" long) and does not come on a cord, but it does have a hole on both ends in case you'd like to add one (sold separately). Colours may vary slightly.

Please note:  because of the thinner point, avid chewers may be able to chew through the tip faster than usual.  Be sure to regularly inspect the chew and check for signs of wear/tear.  If the tip starts to show signs of wear, because this is a long chew, you can trim that section off with a pair of scissors to extend the life.

Chew Toughness Levels

• Standard/Soft - This is the softest level, recommended for mild chewers (those who do not chew through anything) and/or those with limited jaw strength. Chewing occasionally, sucking on items like collars and cuffs

• XT (Xtra Tough) Medium/Firm - This is the middle level, It's firmer, but still fairly chewy, recommended for moderate chewers. Chewing harder items and chewing semi-regularly

• XXT (Xtra Xtra Tough) Very Firm - This is the toughest level, It still has some “chewability” to it, but it’s pretty firm (although not as firm/tough as our solid chews). Recommended for avid chewers – chewing regularly and intensely

No chew tool is indestructible, but XXT is usually the longest lasting level for avid chewers

• If you are looking for a long lasting chew tool for avid chewing, we recommend solid chews over hollow chews

• Measures about 6.25" long (one of the longest chews), .37" in diameter at the thinnest point (at the tip), and .8" in diameter at the thickest part (where the hole is).

• Recommended for individuals of all ages and abilities under the guidance of a therapist or a trained caregiver 

Caution: This product is not a toy.  Although these chew tools are sturdy and durable, no chew tool is indestructible.  Wear/tear may be expected given the nature of the intended use.  How long they last is typically equal to the amount and intensity of the chewing, as well as other variables (such as jaw strength, stress/anxiety levels, if other sensory strategies are in place, etc.).  While for some people a chew tool will last forever, for others with heavy/aggressive oral needs, they may go through it very quickly.  Please supervise at all times, regularly inspect the chew, and replace at first sign of wear and tear.
