• Due to the weighted filling, it should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not submerge in water or machine wash

• Always consult your therapist on the use of weighted products and if the item becomes damaged stop using immediately. Product should be used under adult supervision

• It is recommended that weighted items be no more than 10% of body weight and used in blocks of time, usually up to 20 minute intervals (unless under advice from a suitably qualified professional).
