Care Instructions: If you Nee Doh product feels dirty or sticky, hand wash only with mild soap and water, and let it air dry. For a completely smooth non sticky feel you can then dust with corn starch/powder.

However, sometimes a strong smell can happen during factory production and boxing process. This smell is temporary. Take it out of the packaging and let it air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days. Washing it gently with mild soap and water can also speed up the process.
Please Note: Due to the flexible/stretchy/squishy nature of Nee Doh products mean they will not last forever. It would be great if they did, but unfortunately, they don't. Depending on use they may last an hour, a week or a year. Generally, if handled with the plug in your palm and gentle use they do last longer. Squishy and stretchy items are durable, but not indestructible. To prolong its life, avoid poking, puncturing, or stretching it. Not recommended for children who may try to bite, chew or ingest the contents. Avoid aggressive or excessive squishing, stretching and contact with any sharp objects.
